Center researcher, Christine Buzinde, uses autoethnographic narrative in new publication


Center for Sustainable Tourism researcher, Christine Buzinde, uses autoethnographic narrative to highlight the link between spiritual tourism, well-being, and self-determination theory in a new publication.

 

The article, "Theoretical linkages between well-being and tourism: The case of self-determination theory and spiritual tourism", utilizes this innovative method from her yoga/meditation retreat in India to show how competence, autonomy, and relatedness connect to well-being and spiritual tourism.
