Phoenix Convention Center Evaluation of Services (2015-2017)


This study for the City of Phoenix investigates convention and tradeshow attendees' perceptions of convention and tradeshow services provided by the Phoenix Convention Center authority at three different convention venues. The study addressed demographics, service quality (facilities, amenities, guest service staff, accessibility and sustainability efforts), convention attendees’ needs (regarding business, market investigation, information, and networking), exhibitor services, and overall satisfaction and loyalty. On-site surveys were collected from 433 visitors at the 2015 Phoenix Comicon to inform convention center development and improvement priorities. Project I was completed in December 2015 and Project II is renewed until 2017.Â
