CST organized Tourism Advisory Board meeting

October 22, 2019 - This morning, CST successfully organized the semi-annual Tourism Advisory Board meeting. Through out the meeting, the Advisory Board committed to create opportunities to connect ASU tourism programs with new partners, business and foundations; help to expand internship and career services programs; and provide advisory on curriculum or industry training.

The meeting also acknowledged its business members’s contribution to the development of tourism programs at ASU through scholarships. This year, two ASU students receiving scholarships from Phoenician Resort are Uyen Tran (Resort Leadership major) and Amanda Ocenas (Recreation and Tourism major, online program). Phoenician Resort was also the host of this meeting!
