Ph.D. in Community Resources & Development Beginning in Fall 2008 Tthe School of Community Resources and Development at ASU's Downtown Phoenix campus and the Department of Recreation and Tourism Management at ASU's West campus have become partners in providing graduate education. The ASU Downtown and West campuses offer the unique experience of studying in a dynamic urban laboratory within a vast state where travel and tourism is one of its primary industries. The Phoenix Metro area contains a microcosm of trends affecting our nation — immigration, rapid growth, natural resource issues, and diverse and young populations.
